PROGRAM OVERVIEW

A structured strength and conditioning program designed to improve speed, strength, coordination, and overall athletic performance in a safe, age-appropriate environment.

Athletes of all levels—whether your child is new to sports, plays recreationally, or competes at a high level.

All youth athletes are grouped into the following age ranges: 8-10, 11-13, 14–16, 17-18 years old.

Not at all. An intake form is sent out to all incoming athletes so we can meet them where they are, and progress them accordingly

STRUCTURE & BOOKING

We offer personal training, partner training, and small group sessions. Small group training includes 3–6 athletes per session to ensure individualized attention.

Sessions with fewer than 3 athletes may be canceled unless another athlete joins.

Yes—athletes can book multiple sessions based on availability and goals.

24-hour cancellation policy applies.
SAFETY & COACHING

Yes—all coaches are CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) certified, experienced in collegiate strength and conditioning, and trained to work with youth athletes.
