Bolt Fitness Code of Conduct

BOLT FITNESS LLC EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS AS WELL AS THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS AND GUESTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE BOLT FITNESS CODE OF CONDUCT AT ALL TIMES WHILE PRESENT ON THE PREMISES OR ACTIVELY ASSOCIATED WITH THE FACILITY. BOLT FITNESS LLC PREMISE INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL AREAS OF THE FACILITY, OFFICE, EXTERIOR COMMON AREAS AND PARKING AREAS. BOLT FITNESS LLC’S CODE OF CONDUCT REQUIRES ALL EMPLOYEES, FACILITY MEMBERS, FAMILY MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS TO:

  • Comply with all Bolt Fitness guidelines, privacy policies, terms of use, social media release, release of liability and any posted guidelines on the Bolt Fitness Website, Bolt Fitness Apps, or posted within the facility

  • Refrain from interfering with any of the business policies of the operation

  • Act in a friendly, respectful and civil manner

  • Treat others (including members, guests and staff) with dignity and respect

  • Resolve personal disputes away from the Bolt Fitness facility and not involve our staff, or other members

  • Act in a professional and dignified manner

The following actions are strictly prohibited and violation of any of the below may result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent membership and employee revocation:

  • Verbal or physical harassment, or threats

  • Violence of any kind

  • Unsportsmanlike, indecent or inappropriate behavior

  • Use of Bolt Fitness membership for any political or solicitation purposes without executive management consent

  • Inappropriate language to other members, guests and employees

  • Inappropriate behavior as deemed by Bolt Fitness management to/with any other members, guest or employees

  • The presence of firearms or weapons of any kind unless needed for duty of service

  • Smoking cigarettes or vaping of any kind in or near the facility

  • Reckless damage to facility, interior or exterior

  • Initiating any type of petition or soliciting other members or staff regarding facilities, programs, policies, and/or staffing

In summary, Bolt Fitness reserves the right to remove you from the facility, revoke, cancel, suspend or otherwise limit your membership, terminate employment and/or notify law enforcement authorities if you engage in any conduct or behavior that Bolt Fitness considers inappropriate, indecent, unsafe, unlawful or otherwise in violation of any Bolt Fitness policies. Please Note: Bolt Fitness’s Code of Conduct may change at the discretion of Bolt Fitness’s Management

CELL PHONE USE

As a courtesy to others, you may not speak on your cell phone, or utilize any video or chat application while on the facility floor. You may take photos or videos in public areas for your own personal use, but may NOT take video or photos to promote your or any third party’s business, products or services. You may not intentionally photograph or take video of another individual without their permission. If you post online or on social media a photo or video that was taken in the public area and another individual is in the photo, Bolt Fitness has the right to ask you to remove the post.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Do not bring valuables into the facility. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLT FITNESS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OR THEFT OF, OR DAMAGE TO, ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY OF YOUR OR YOUR GUESTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY ITEMS LEFT IN LOCKERS, CUBBIES, BATHROOMS, TREATMENT ROOMS, STUDIOS, FRONT AREA, PARKING LOT, OR ELSEWHERE IN THE FACILITY.

DRESS CODE

You are required to wear appropriate athletic attire and clean footwear while in the facility. Bolt Fitness may deny you participation in classes, training sessions or other activities if you do not wear proper attire and footwear, as determined by Bolt Fitness’s discretion. At times you may be requested to remove footwear as a condition of participation.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

All group fitness classes have limited capacity in order to provide the best experience for all who attend. Each class or session requires advance booking and reservation, and you will not be permitted to participate in these classes unless you have properly booked and reserved your spot. Bolt Fitness may give away your reserved spot if you have not checked in prior to class.

NO OUTSIDE TRAINERS AND NO INDIVIDUAL WORKOUTS

All Bolt Fitness classes and sessions are scheduled with a Bolt Fitness coach or coaches. You may not provide personal training or receive personal training services from any other member or guest.

CHILDREN

Children between the ages of 14 to 18 must have a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver and release form on behalf of the child. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the facility without written permission from Bolt Fitness. 

WEAPONS

Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited from being brought into Bolt Fitness facilities by members, even if you have a permit to carry a concealed weapon.

SERVICES AND MUTUAL RESPECT

Training, sessions and treatments are voluntary activities in which you may elect to participate. You understand and acknowledge that the nature of personal training, 1on1 training, physical therapy, class training, group training and any other classes, sessions or treatments may require close contact between you and your coach, trainer, instructor, therapist or doctor and they may need to touch your body to provide adjustments and guidance as necessary. It is up to you to end your session or treatment at any time if you feel uncomfortable. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the CEO / COO or VP of Operations immediately. Bolt Fitness upholds its personnel to the highest standards of professionalism, and expects the same in return from you. If you make any inappropriate or sexually suggestive remarks or advances, your session, class or treatment will be terminated immediately and Bolt Fitness may, in its discretion, terminate your membership or take other action it deems appropriate.
