HOW IT WORKS

 

Initial Consultation

60 mins 

This includes an in-depth review of your completed intake form, goals, health history, nutritional habits, exercise, sleep, stress, lifestyle, and more.

Follow-up Sessions

45 mins

Follow up sessions are hosted through a Zoom call with Nutritionist and client.

 

Dietary Analysis

A professional review of detailed dietary logs (4-7 days) that are recorded by the client. A detailed analysis provides an accurate nutritional picture that can help to explain certain issues and guide the approach taken for optimizing your nutrition.

Weekly Nutrition Plans

These plans are the crux of the nutrition coaching process. Instead of dictating meals for you, we prefer to guide you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis by providing you with specific nutritional recommendations of foods and serving sizes to include throughout your day or week. This method has been shown to be more sustainable and effective long-term. Email communication is included so we can stay in touch about your progress. Follow-up sessions are recommended.

  • Billed monthly until canceled by client (must cancel 1-month prior to next billing cycle)

  • For graduates of the 30-Day Intro or 3-month Commitment who wish to continue

  • 1 Follow up call/month

  • Continued weekly plans

  • Ongoing email communication

  • Repeated dietary analysis if necessary
