COACHES

Our coaches are certified through EXOS, NASM, NASC, CFSC, and Precision Nutrition, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.

They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

STEPH

Bolt Owner and Coach Steph Rountree graduated from DePaul University with an undergrad in Health Science in 2014. It was at DePaul that she played two Division I sports (volleyball and cheerleading), and found her passion for coaching. In 2013 she became a certified group trainer and got her practice in at the campus recreation center. She continued on to receive a Masters in Exercise Science from Northeastern Illinois in 2018, and also signed a contract with Nike as a Chicago fitness coach. Steph holds multiple certifications including ACE PT, ACE GFT, EXOS Performance Specialist, USA Weightlifting Level 1, ACE Weight Management Specialist, and Sports Conditioning Specialist.

Her favorite quote is “If you have a body, you are an athlete” because she believes everyone has the opportunity to tap into their true potential.

KEENAN

Group Coach and Personal Trainer Keenan Erickson became interested in health and fitness in his teenage years after being inspired by several influential Track and Field coaches who not only taught athletics but also the importance of exercise for physical/mental health, finding one's voice, and having a "team". After competing in collegiate Track and Field and earning a Degree in Exercise Science from Hope College, Keenan dove into the career of coaching so that he could inspire others the way his previous coaches had. For the last ten years Keenan has coached adults of varying abilities in addition to high school Track and Field. Among his many certifications, Keenan is most proud to hold the titles- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist.

JOHN

Personal Trainer John Hiltibran grew up in Budapest, Hungary and graduated from North Park University with an Exercise Science Degree. Coach John is also a former collegiate basketball player who always enjoyed the weight room session, and fell in love with weightlifting after basketball came to an end. John wants to help motivate individuals to feel healthier and more confident in their bodies.

John has his degree in Exercise Science and holds an ACE PT, and PN1 (Precision Nutrition Level 1) certification.

HAYDEN

Group Coach Hayden Voss is a former competitive hockey player who turned his passion for fitness into his profession. He has over 7 years of coaching experience and holds several certifications in the field. His everlasting goal is to help people improve via a comprehensive approach - Smart exercise, ample mobility training, proper nutrition and regular para-practices.
