Fitness Classes

    STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

    Where all components of an athlete are built! The goals for Strength and Conditioning classes is to create workouts that minimize injury and allow participants to develop the proper mechanics to improve performance, which means improving mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, and agility. Expect to incorporate and utilize elements of olympic weightlifting (front squats, cleans, jerks), powerlifting (bench press, deadlift, back squat), auxiliary work, and conditioning.

    BOLT (HIT)

    HIT is a high paced and ever-changing format that pairs both strength movements and cardio to increase your heart rate over time, forcing the body to continuously burn calories long after the workout is over. Taking elements from CrossFit (AMRAPS, EMOMs, rep ladders, pyramids, chippers, etc), traditional HIIT training (20, 30, 45, and/or 60-second intervals), and strength training is what makes this a sought after workout.

    Sports Performance

    Unlike most group workouts, Bolt’s Sports Performance Class combines everything that an individual needs to maximize their potential. Expect to incorporate Air Runner, Echo Bike, Rower, and SkiErg intervals, as well as SAQ, plyometrics, COD, Speed Technique, and Sled drills. Avoiding the same movements patterns of a HIIT class, Sports Performance is the opportunity to improve limb imbalances, core stability, and overall body mechanics.

Looking for personal attention and accountability to meet your goals? Personal training may be for you!

Our coaches are certified through EXOS, ACE, USA Weightlifting, and more, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.
